The Lexington Players announce their 13th season! In September 2007 is a show at Cary Hall, “Beauty & The Beast” that should please those of any generation. In November 2007 we are featuring the fabulous “The Graduate,” with Mrs. Robinson and all! In December we are producing “The Greatest Christmas Pageant Ever,” which promises to be a favorite with the younger crowd. In February 2008, the Lexington Women's Dance Ensemble is coming back to do a show with movies in mind! In March, “Forever Plaid, The Musical” will make its Lexington debut. In May, the play will be “When You Comin' Back Red Ryder?” by Mark Medoff. Another great season!

The Lexington Players announce their 12th season! Beginning of September is the spectacular “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” a show for all ages. In October, TLP is hosting a special Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball as a fundraiser, with a fun night of costumes and dancing. In November, a trio of one acts (“Murder, Mystery and Melodrama”) goes onstage, with three new directors. In December, we are producing “A Christmas Story,” a favorite Holiday show. In February 2007, the Lexington Women’s Dance Ensemble is putting on another dance show to follow up on their last exciting one in May 2006. In March 2007, TLP presents “Death By Chocolate,” and then in May 2007, “Assassins.” Great shows ahead!

The Lexington Players announce their 11th season! On November 11 is opening night for the Broadway show “Cabaret,” with a thrilling new cast and dancers. On January 21, TLP presents the LexDANCE! fundraiser at the Depot Square Building in Lexington Center, with the renowned Zaitchik Brothers Band to entertain. March 10, 2006, premieres three One Acts in a New Directors Showcase. Coming in May, 2006, is the Lexington Women’s Dance Ensemble show. Great shows ahead!

Sal Jones, cofounder of The Lexington Players, and active and vital to its success since its inception 10 years ago, becomes Artistic Director and Managing Producer of the company. As The Lexington Theater Company, Mr. Jones announces his next production, “Schoolhouse Rock Live! jr.” for August 12, 13, 14, 19, and 20 at the Depot on the Square in Lexington. |

Unique and Immediate Stage Manager Opportunity
The Lexington Players seeks a volunteer Stage Manager for its one-time production of Someone Who'll Watch Over Me. This show will be presented during the Eastern Massachusetts Association of Community Theater's Annual Drama Festival, which runs May 26-30. Rehearsals are generally Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from April 6 through to the production, and are held at the Munroe Center for the Arts in Lexington.
